Currently working at EHKA Studios as an Architectural Assistant, Jonathan Chua graduated from the National University of Singapore with both Masters in Architecture and Bachelor of Arts (Architecture) in 2022. He interned at Asolidplan in 2021 and worked at Freight Architects in 2015 and 2016.

Consistently aspiring to push the limits of his proficiency, Jonathan graduated at the top of his cohort, receiving the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal. Throughout his studies, he was also awarded the Architecture Alumni Distinction Prize, the NUS Dean’s List throughout his Bachelor’s in Arts study, the Mario Yuan and Du Juan Masters scholarship, the NUS Merit Scholarship, and BCA Built-industry Scholarship. Believing that inter-disciplinary, lifelong learning leads to a holistic view of design and life, he has ventured into learning UX design, Financial and business management, Project management, and sometimes Leather crafting.

Growing beyond the business aspects of design, Jonathan seeks to use his skills to serve those around him. He is active in Neighbours for Life, an NGO that helps to renovate the homes of various beneficiaries. Between key projects he also serves various community groups, empowering them to improve their space and the beneficiaries they are serving.
